Issue: The Engineering Department requests that the Mayor and City Commission approve the plat of Ocoee Crown Point PUD development and the conveyance of Tract 0, Lift Station, to Orange County. Recommendations City Staff recommends approval of plat of Ocoee Crown Point PUD as submitted and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to sign the plat and the Special Warranty Deed conveying the Tract 0, Lift Station, to Orange County. Scott Vandergrift STAFF REPORT TO: The Honorable Mavor and City Commissioners FROM: Alex Z Nasser, P.E. ~ DATE: October 4, 2005 RE: Ocoee Crown Point PUD ISSUE The Engineering Department requests that the Mayor and City Commission approve the Ocoee Crown Point PUD. BACKGROUNDIDISCUSSION Ocoee Crown Point PUD is located at the northwest corner of Ocoee-Apopka Road and the Western Beltway (State Road 429). This plat is for Ocoee High School, new roadway improvements, a lift station and the associated master surface water management system, which consist of 66.74 acres. The high school is already in session since August 8, 2005. AU required documentation pertaining to the platting of this development has been reviewed and approved by City staff. The lift station (Tract D), as shown on Plat Sheet 3 of 3 will be dedicated to Orange County for ownership, operation and maintenance.
