Subject: Donation of surplus equipment
Background Summary:

Dear Chief Firstner,
It has come to my attention that you may have some surplus hose that you would be
willing to donate to Tri-County Vol. Fire Department. That would be greatly appreciated.
In the past your fire department has giving us some of your surplus equipment. The
LDH appliance, the cribbing, and some of the hose is still in service on our vehicles.
Again, we thank you for these and other items that we have received form you in the past.
Thanks for thinking of us.
