I.CALL TO ORDER
Special Magistrate Andrew Hand called the Code Enforcement Special Magistrate Hearing to order at 1:00 p.m. in the
Commission Chambers of City Hall located at 150 North Lakeshore Drive, Ocoee, Florida.
II.SWEARING IN OF WITNESSES
Code Enforcement Clerk Justin Mieras administered the oath to the Code Enforcement Officers and to anyone intending
to speak regarding a case presented today.

Violation Cited: §115-3. B. City Code
Summary: No person shall allow or permit excessive growth, ten inches or more on property owned, of weeds, grass,
undergrowth or other dead or living plant life.
Officer Diaz presented the case and gave its history. Officer Diaz further explained that as of December 20, 2018, the
property remains in non-compliance.The City asked for an order of compliance within 15 days, or thereafter to be fined
$50.00 per day the violation remains in non-compliance.
Conclusion:
Special Magistrate Andrew Hand found the respondent in violation of Code Section 115-3 and allowed the respondent
15 days from the date of the order to come into compliance or thereafter to be fined $50.00 per day the violation
remains in non-compliance.
CASE NO 2018-00142
OFFICER LOEFFLER 2308 OCOEE APOPKA RD KANKOO ENTERPRISES LLC
Violation Cited: §115-3. B. & §168-6. B. (1) City Code
Summary: No person shall allow or permit excessive growth, 24 inches or more on unimproved property owned, of
weeds,grass, undergrowth or other dead or living plant life.
No owner, of private property, shall allow the parking of motor vehicles on non-improved surfaces.
Officer Loeffler presented the case and gave its history. Officer Loeffler further explained that as of December 20, 2018,
the property is still in non-compliance.The City asked for an order of compliance within 15 days, or thereafter to be
fined $100.00 per day, per violation that remains in non-compliance and permission to abate the property.
Conclusion:
Special Magistrate Andrew Hand found the property in violation of sections 115-3 & 168-6.The respondent has 15 days
from the date of this order to remedy the violation or thereafter to be fined $100.00 per day, per violation that remains
in non-compliance The City retains the right to abate the property after the 15 day period.
