A. Proclamation by Mayor pro tem Johnson -
proclaiming Lester Dabbs, Jr. Day, May 18, 1995.
B. Presentation - Expression of Appreciation re: Friday's Friendly Fish Fry, by
Mr. Larry Cappleman, President of the West Orange Chamber
of Commerce.
III. CONSENT AGENDA
All matters listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the Board of
City Commissioners and will be acted upon by one motion. There will be no separate
discussion of these items unless discussion is desired by a member of the Commission,
in which case the Mayor will instruct the City Clerk to remove that item from the Consent
Agenda and such item will be considered separately.
A. Acceptance and Approval of Minutes of the Regular Meeting held May 16, 1995.
B. Acceptance and Authorization for Mayor and City Clerk to execute Mutual Aid
Agreement with the City of Apopka.
C. Acceptance and Approval of the Proposed Distribution of the Fiscal Year 1996
Anti-Drug Abuse Grant within Orange County.
D. Acceptance and Approval of the Use of$7,200 from Forfeiture Funds to Purchase
Radar Units.
E. Acceptance and Approval of Extension of Contract with Auditors for Fiscal Year
95-96.
F. Acceptance and Authorization for Mayor and City Clerk to execute Tower Lease
Agreement with WXXL Radio to use their tower for Police Radio Service.

and Tax Structure.
B. Discussion re: Notification re: Incidents.
C. Set Date for First Meeting in July.
1. Resolution No. 95-03, setting regular Commission meeting date on July 5,
1995.
