RE: City Of Ocoee Cemetery
Dear Jim,
We are pleased to submit our proposal for surveying services on the above referenced
project.
SCOPE OF WORK:
Provide a Boundary Survey in accordance with Chapter 61G17-6 F.A.C. to include
the following:
1. Establish the location of all boundary corners and reset any missing corners.
?. Locate the following improvements, gates, fences, roadways, ditches and
underground utilities as evidenced by above ground improvements. The limits
of the burial plots would be located at a sufficient number of places to aid in
the positioning of said plots in order to determine what space is not presently
occupied.
3. Locate wetland limits as flagged by the clients Environmental Consultant if
applicable.
4. Prepare a composite map reflecting the above information and an overlay of
the cemetery lots as reflected on the Plat of Ocoee Cemetery. We anticipate
being furnished with an AutoCAD file with the plat information in said file.
We will adjust this drawing to fit the "real world boundary" that we have
created as a result of our field work and calculations.
5. We will then arrange a conference with the City Staff to decide the direction
the City would like to proceed. One option will be a Replat of all of the
usable area to make better use of same.
