Issue
Should the Honorable Mayor and Board of City Commissioners approve the Final Plat for Silver
Glen Phase II, Village II?
Back round:
Silver Glen Phase II, Village II is a 54 lot addition to an existing subdivision located on the west
side of Clarke Road north of Silver Star Road. The Developer has posted a Performance Bond
for site work improvements. In addition to completion of all site work on this phase, a Certificate
of Completion shall not be issued prior to the completion of necessary improvements to the
retention pond on Tract B of Silver Glen Phase I, Village II.
Recommendation
Staff recommends that the Honorable Mayor and Board of City Commissioners approve the Final
Plat for Silver Glen Phase H, Village II.
