SUBJECT: Approval of Reflections Unit Three Final Plat and
Developer and Homeowners Association Agreement
for Upgraded Street Lighting
Issue
Should the Honorable Mayor and Board of City Commissioners give conditional approval of the
Final Plat and Upgraded Street Lighting Agreement for Reflections Unit Three Subdivision.
Background and Discussion
Reflections Unit Three is a 77 lot single family residential addition to the subdivision located at
the northwest corner of Clarke Road and A.D. Mims Road. Site improvements are in the final
stages of completion which, at this time, prevents the issuing a Certificate of Completion.
Recommendation
The staff recommends that the Honorable Mayor and Board of City Commissioners approve the
Final Plat and Upgraded Street Lighting Agreement at this time with the condition that the Plat
will not be recorded prior to the issuance of the Certificate of Completion.
