Background Prairie Lake Village, Phase 2 is an 81 lot extension of the previously approved and improved Prairie Lake Village, Phase 1. Phase 2 is to the east of Prairie Lake Village, Phase 1 and will be adjacent to Sawmill subdivision. Recommendation Staff recommends that the Honorable Mayor and Board of City Commissioners approve the final plat as submitted.
