ALL MATTERS LISTED UNDER THE CONSENT AGENDA ARE CONSIDERED TO BE ROUTINE BY
THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS AND WILL BE ACTED UPON BY ONE MOTION. THERE
WILL BE NO SEPARATE DISCUSSION OF THESE ITEMS UNLESS DISCUSSION IS DESIRED BY A
MEMBER OF THE COMMISSION, IN WHICH CASE THE MAYOR WILL INSTRUCT THE CITY
CLERK TO REMOVE THAT ITEM FROM THE CONSENT AGENDA AND SUCH ITEM WILL BE
CONSIDERED SEPARATELY.

Communication Towers.

A. FIRST READING: The second reading and public hearing will be October 2, 1996
at 7:30 p.m.
1. Ordinance No. 96-17, relating to Occupational License Tax, amending
Ch.119-5 regarding Gasoline Filling Stations.
2. Ordinance No. 96-18, amending Ch. 143, Recycling, to provide that
commercial recycling vendors clearly mark their containers for recyclable
materials only.

3. Ordinance No. 96-19, relating to the General Fund Retirement Trust Fund.
4. Ordinance No. 96-20, relating to the Police Officers'/Firefighters'

Management Draft Report.
C. DISCUSSION/ACTION RE: Resolution No. 96-26, regarding prosecution of
City Ordinance Violations in County Court.

1. General Employee Retirement Trust Fund: Tanya Miller/McAllister - term
expires September 30, 1996.
2. Recreation Board: Gordon Applegate, Chris Caldwell, William Chambers,
