SUBJECT: Approval of Scotty's of Ocoee Subdivision
Issue
Should the Honorable Mayor and Board of City Commissioners approve the final subdivision
plat as submitted.
Background
The approval pertains to an additional 93' x 192' subdivision split of the original parcel. There
is also a 37' x 527' additional right-of-way along Old Winter Garden Road that will be dedicated
to the City.
Recommendation
Staff recommends that the Honorable Mayor and Board of City Commissioners approve the final
plat as submitted.
