ISSUE:
Should the Mayor and City Commissioners approve Wesmere, Villages 6 & 7, Final Subdivision
Plans?
BACKGROUND:
Wesmere, Villages 6 &7 (Fenwick Cove) is a single family subdivision located west of Maguire
Road and north of Roberson Road consisting of 85 lots with minimum 6500 s.f. lot areas and 65
foot frontages. The City Commission approved the Preliminary Subdivision Plans (PSP) for

Wesmere, Villages 6 &7 on May 21, 1996.
DISCUSSION:
Throughout the DRC review process, the developer has conformed his plans to the City Land
Development Code subject to the Conditions of Approval of the PSP. The DRC reviewed the Final
Subdivision Plans on October 16, 1996 and voted unanimously to approve the plans as submitted.
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
At their meeting on October 23, 1996, the Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously
recommended approval of the Final Subdivision Plans per the Staff recommendation.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Based upon DRC and Planning and Zoning approvals, Staff respectfully recommends that the
Mayor and City Commissioners approve Wesmere, Villages 6 & 7, Final Subdivision Plans as
signed and sealed on October 17, 1996.
