City Engineer/Utiliti Director SUBJECT: Plat for Brookestone Unit 1 Subdivision CITY MANAGER ELLIS SHAPIRO Brookestone Unit 1 Subdivision is a 141 lot single family subdivision located on the west side of Maguire Road, south of the Florida turnpike. All appropriate documentation pertaining to the plat has been received and approved. A Performance Bond has been posted guaranteeing the completion of all site work, including the installation of upgraded street lighting prior to Centex Homes filing for occupancy permits with the City. The two blanks on sheet 1 of the plat have been intentionally left blank. This information will be included on the plat once the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions has been recorded with the County. This declaration defines the common areas of this Subdivision and will be issued a book and page number once this plat has been approved by the City. I recommend the City Commission approve the final plat of the Brookestone Unit 1 Subdivision as submitted.
