Attached for your review and action is the proposed plat for the Olympia P.U.D.
This property is the site of the new Citrus Elementary school, the proposed Orange County Library branch, and
several commercial properties.
The plat has been reviewed by the City Attorney and has been found satisfactory.
I recommend that the City Commission authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the plat for Olympia P.U.D.
