Issue
Should the Honorable Mayor and Board of City Commissioners approve the final plat as
submitted.
Background
Fenwick Cove is an 85 single family residential subdivision. The site improvements are in and
have been approved by the city departments. The site is located in the Wesmere Subdivision off
Maguire Road. .
Recommendation
Staff recommends that the Honorable Mayor and Board of City Commissioners approve the final
plat as submitted.
