Background and Discussion
Pozo Subdivision is a 2 lot commercial subdivision at the intersection of Professional Parkway
and Old Winter Garden Road.
Recommendation
The staff recommends that the Honorable Mayor and Board of City Commissioners approve the
Final Plat.
