5 YEARS MARK A. BOUSQUET
On November 23, 1992 Mark A. Bousquet was hired by the City to work within the
Police Department as a Police Officer. Mark came to the City armed with a Bachelor of
Science degree. Mark is a proven leader and has a personal file that he should be proud
of because the City most certainly is proud of him. Mark can look forward to a long
career with this City and its Police Department.
Along with his plaque, Mark will receive a City Watch and a $50.00 gift certificate to
spend at "Dillards" in the West Oaks Mall.

5 YEARS CHARLES J. BROWN
On November 23, 1992 Charles 1. Brown (Charlie) was hired by the City to work in the
Police Department as a Police Officer. Charlie came to the City armed with a Bachelor
of Science degree and is currently working on his Masters degree through the City of
Ocoee Educational Incentive Program. Charlie took the promotional exam for Sergeant
and was promoted to Sergeant on October 6, 1997. Charlie has a personal file the City is
proud of He is an excellent leader and works well with the City Administration along
with working well within the Police department. We look forward to a long working
relationship with this fine Sergeant. He has the leadership skills to take us to the year
"2000."
Along with his plaque, Charlie will receive a City Watch and a$50.00 gift certificate to
spend at"Dillards" in the West Oaks Mall.

5 YEARS JONATHAN D. *RAS
On October 1, 1990 Jonathan became a paid Reserve Firefighter earning a monthly
stipend of$75.00. Two years later on October 8, 1992 Jonathan was hired a full-time
Firefighter. In 1996 Jonathan took the exam for hoping to become an Engineer. He
passed the exam and became an Engineer on September 12, 1996. Jonathan can look
forward to a long career with the City of Ocoee Fire Department.
Along with his plaque, Jonathan will receive a City Watch and a gift certificate in the
amount of$50.00 to spend at"Sears" in the West Oaks Mall.

10 YEARS DENNIS MCDANIEL
On February 20, 1992 Dennis was hired by the City to work in the Sanitation Department
as a Sanitation Driver I. Dennis was always willing to "go the extra mile" to get the job
done. On March 3, 1995 Dennis asked for a transfer to the Street department. He wanted
to spend more holidays at home with his family. On August 1, 1996 he received a
promotion to Equipment Operator 1 in the Street department. Dennis has an old fashion
work ethic and sets a good example for other employees.
Along with his plaque, Dennis will receive a gift certificate in the amount of$100.00 to
spend at"Sears" in the West Oaks Mall.

15 YEARS WILLIAM G. LEDFORD
On April 1, 1984 William Ledford was hired by the City to work for the Fire Department
as a Firefighter. We learned immediately that he wanted to be called"George."
George has had a very productive career and has moved up through the ranks. On April
1, 1985 George became an Engineer with the department and on June 2, 1988 he was
promoted to Lieutenant. During his career with the Ocoee Fire Department George has
been assigned the role of Acting Chief in the absence of the Chief. George has always set
a high standard for himself and has a personnel file that he can be proud of. He is an
excellent and an important part of the Fire Department Management Team.
Along with his plaque, George will receive a gift certificate in the amount of$150.00 to
spend at "Sears" in the West Oaks Mall.

20 YEARS ROBERT E. HOWELL
On April 1, 1984 Robert was hired by the City to work in the Sanitation Department as a
Driver. On July 26, 1984 he was promoted to Assistant Supervisor of the Sanitation
Department. On October 1, 1989 was re-classified to an Equipment Operator II within
the Sanitation Department. On August 17, 1992 Robert wanted a career change. The
Wastewater Department was looking for a new Lift Station Operator and Robert bid on
the job and got accepted. Robert has been with the Wastewater Department since and he
loves it. With all of his years of service, he has a great Personnel file. Robert feels the
City of Ocoee is a special place to work.
Along with his plaque, Robert will receive a gift certificate in the amount of$250.00 to
spend at"Sears" in the West Oaks Mall. The twenty years of service allowed Robert to
pick out a special gift from the O.C. Tanner company and he has chosen a Bronze
Sculpture called"Dead Aim."
