Background and Discussion Worsham Subdivision is a 3 lot commercial subdivision along Clarke Road adjacent to West Oaks Mall. A Performance Bond has been posted so the plat can be approved and recorded prior to the completion of all site work improvements. Recommendation The staff recommends that the Honorable Mayor and Board of City Commissioners approve the Final Plat.
