Issue
Should the Honorable Mayor and Board of City Commissioners approve the final plat as
submitted.
Background
This subdivision is a lot split of Lots 8 and 9 in the West Orange Commercial Center. The
location is off Old Winter Garden Road south of S.K. 50.
Recommendation
Staff recommends that the Honorable Mayor and Board of City Commissioners approve the final
plat as submitted.

elements a radius of 50.00 feet , a delta of 43°34'41 ", a chord distance of 37.12 feet and a chord bearing of
S 67'40'53" W Thence run Southwesterly along said curve for an arc distance of 38.03 feet along the North right of
