WHITAKER Paul Whitaker began working for the City of Ocoee Fire Department on May 5, 1994 as a Firefighter. SERVICE AWARD MAY 4, 1999 PRESENTED BY: S. SCOTT VANDERGRIFT,MAYOR 5 YEARS TIMOTHY B. HOOVER Tim Hoover began working for the City of Ocoee Fire Department on May 5, 1994 as a Firefighter. Tim enjoys working as a firefighter and does a great job. Along with his plaque, Tim will receive a City watch and a$50.00 gift certificate to spend at the West Oaks Mall. CARTER Donald Carter began working for the City of Ocoee, Finance Department as a Budget Analyst, on March 10, 1994 as a contract employee. On May 26, 1994 Donald became a full time employee and continued as a Budget Analyst. On March 11, 1996 Donald was re-classified to the position of Finance Supervisor. Along with his plaque, Donald will receive a City watch and a$50.00 gift certificate to spend at the West Oaks Mall. SERVICE AWARD MAY 4, 1999 PRESENTED BY: S. SCOTT VANDERGRIFT, MAYOR 10 YEARS AMY B. FULMER Amy Fulmer began working for the City of Ocoee, Fire Department as a Firefighter/EMT on April 13, 1989. On March 10, 1994, Amy passed the exam to be an Engineer within the Fire Department. On September 12, 1996 Amy was promoted to Lieutenant in the Fire Department. Amy has had a long successful career in Fire services. Along with her plaque, Amy will receive a $100.00 gift certificate to spend at the West Oaks Mall. SERVICE AWARD MAY 4, 1999 PRESENTED BY: S. SCOTT VANDERGRIFT,MAYOR 10 YEARS DONALD W. FLIPPEN Don Flippen began working for the City of Ocoee, Building Department on May 23, 1989 as a Building Official. On October I, 1991 Don had added responsibilities and was re-classified as the Building and Zoning Official. Don, came to the City of Ocoee from Seminole County where he spent many years as the Building Official for that County. Don, cares about our City and is the best Building/Zoning Official the City has ever had. Along with his plaque, Don will receive a $100.00 gift certificate to spend at the West Oaks Mall.
