MINUTES OF THE MEETING CALLED BY COMMISSIONER ANDERSON
HELD MARCH 15, 1999
Commissioner Anderson had requested that the Commission Chambers Conference
Room be reserved at 5:00 p.m. for him to be available for discussion of the March 16.
1999. City Commission Meeting Agenda with any Commissioner who so desired. Notice
was posted. and the press was notified. The tape recorder was set up but was not turned
on due to clerk error.
PRESENT: Mayor Vandergrift and Commissioners Anderson, Johnson and Parker.
ABSENT: Commissioner I lowell.
Commissioner Anderson listed, for the record. those items discussed as follows:
• Property
• Expense account
• Shirts for committee
• What items can be discussed
• Developments - % acre lots
• Police matter on forfeiture and other
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting lasted approximately one hour.
