Background Lake Bennet Centre is an established subdivision at the northwest corner of SR50 and Blackwood Avenue. The existing lots 2 through 5 have been reconfigured to increase the size of lots 1, 2 and 3 while changing a major portion of the existing lot 5 into a retention/detention area. The developer has issued a Letter of Credit to the city insuring that all site work shall be completed in time to the city's satisfaction. The site work that will be completed consists of the following: excavate, grade and seed proposed retention ponds; and, provide and install storm water piping. Recommendation Staff recommends that the Honorable Mayor and Board of City Commissioners approve the replat as submitted.
