They are seeking $2,000 from the City to purchase bike helmets and host bike safety clinics for children. For your information, Capt. Tony Wilson said the Police Department has $2,600 worth of bicycle helmets on order that they have already agreed to give to the Rotary Club. The helmets are expected within the next few weeks.
