SUBJECT: Plat for Remington Oaks Subdivision - Phase 11
Remington Oaks Subdivision - Phase 11 is a 63 lot single family subdivision located on the north
side of Hackney -Prairie Road, adjacent to Phase 1. All required documentation pertaining to the
platting of this subdivision is has been received and approved.
An Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit (maintenance bond) has been posted to the City for a
period of two (2) years to guarantee the workmanship of the improvements.
I recommend the City Commission approve the final plat of the Remington Oaks Subdivision -
Phase II as submitted.
