Richard Firstner began working for the City of Ocoee Fire Department as an Assistant
Fire Chief on December 18, 1995. To this day he remains in this position. The City of
Ocoee was very fortunate in retaining Chief Firstner. He came to us armed with a
Masters Degree and almost 30 years of Fire Department experience. Considering he has
30 years experience,he is still a young man. Young at heart, at least. The City is lucky
to have Chief Firstner.

certificate to spend at the West Oaks Mall.
