SUBJECT: Plat for Windsor Landing Subdivision (f.k.a. Ocoee Crossings)
Windsor Landing Subdivision (f.k.a. Ocoee Crossings) is a 214 lot single family subdivision
located on the east side of Maguire Road, northwest of Parkridge-Gotha Road. All required
documentation pertaining to the platting of this subdivision is has been received and approved.
A Maintenance Bond has been posted to the City for a period of two (2) years to guarantee the
workmanship of the improvements. Also two (2) Performance Bonds totaling S 214,500 have
been issued to the City, which is 115% of the remaining improvements. The attached list
indicates these additional items.
The Building Department is fully aware of the situation and will not issue Certificates of
Occupancy for any structures until all of the items are completed and accepted by the city.
I recommend the City Commission approve the final plat of the Windsor Landing Subdivision
with the condition that no Certificates of Occupancy will be issued prior to completion and
acceptance of the subdivision.
