Glenfinnan) is a 76lot single-family subdivision located on the southeast comer of the intersection of Clarke Road and Clarcwna-Ocoee Road. All required documentation pertaining to the platting of this subdivision has been reviewed and approved by City Staff. An Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit (performance bond) has been issued in the amount of S123,597.90 for the sanitary sewer system, which has not yet been approved and accepted by Orange County. An Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit (maintenance bond) in the amount of $19,468.14 has been posted to the City for a period of two (2) years to guarantee the workmanship of the improvements that will be maintained by the City. I recommend the City Commission approve the final plat of Orchard Park Phases 1 & II as submitted.
