I I! SERVICE AWARD APRIL 17, 2001 PRESENTED BY: S. SCOTT VANDERGRIFT, MAYOR 5 YEARS JERRY LEWIS Jerry Lewis began working for the City of Ocoee Police Department as a Police Officer on May 16, 1996. Jerry brings a lot of enthusiasm to Police work and he has decided that he has picked the right career choice for the duration. Jerry is very close to his Associates degree. Along with his plaque, Jerry will receive a City watch and a gift certificate for$50.00 to spend at Lowes. SERVICE AWARD APRIL 17, 2001 PRESENTED BY: S. SCOTT VANDERGRIFT,MAYOR 20 YEARS: JOHN F. COCKRELL John began working for the City of Ocoee on April 13, 1981 as a Supervisor in the water department. Through the years he has had numerous title changes but he has always been responsible for the flow of water through the intricate water system we all enjoy. Twenty years of employment is a long time but John sets a good example for all employees. Along with his plaque, John will receive a gift certificate for$250.00 to spend at the West Oaks Mall. John will also receive a 3 precision weather instrument globe. SERVICE AWARD APRIL 17, 2001 PRESENTED BY: S. SCOTT VANDERGRIFT,MAYOR 25 YEARS ROBERT "WAYNE"VAUGHN Wayne began working for the City of Ocoee Fire Department on April 18, 1976 as a firefighter. On April 1, 1984 he became a Lieutenant in the Fire Department and has been a Lieutenant ever since. Wayne has watched them come and go and has been responsible for training the best Firefighters in Orange County. Along with his plaque, Wayne will receive a$350.00 gift certificate to spend at the West Oaks Mall. Wayne will also receive a Citizen Quartz Watch with an insignia mounted on it.
