City Engineer/Utilities erector SUBJECT: Plat for Willows on the Lake Willows on the Lake is a 86 lot single-family subdivision located on the east side of Clarke Road,just north of Silver Star Road. All required documentation pertaining to the platting of this subdivision has been reviewed and approved by City Staff. Based on an engineer's estimate submitted on March 27,2001, an Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit(performance bond) has been issued in the amount of$554,595.68 for site improvements which had not been completed at that time. To date, most of those items have been constructed. An Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit(maintenance bond) in the amount of$46,517.05 has been posted to the City for a period of two (2) years to guarantee the workmanship of the improvements that will be maintained by the City. I recommend the City Commission approve the final plat of Willows on the Lake as submitted.
