BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION: For the past three years Clark Display Sales has provided the City with Christmas pole displays. We have "piggy backed" on the City of Winter Garden's contract with Clark Sales in the past and would like to again this year. Their price is the same this year, $17,850 for 175 poles, with the money available in this year's budget. The price includes the decorations, erecting, maintaining, and removing the displays. RECOMMENDATION: It is respectfully requested that the Honorable Mayor and Board of City Commissioners approve the leasing of 175 Christmas pole displays for $17,850.
