The Reserve—Unit 2 is a 68 lot single-family subdivision located on the east side of Clarke
Road, between Silver Star Road and A.D. Minis Road. All required documentation pertaining to
the platting of this subdivision has been reviewed and approved by City Staff
An Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit (performance bond) has been issued in the amount of
$131,359.90 for site improvements which have not yet been completed.
I recommend the City Commission approve the final plat of Reserve—Unit 2 as submitted.
