Shire, P.E., City Engineer/Utilities Director, SUBJECT: Olympia PUD Replat v Attache° for your review is a copy of the proposed replat of the Olympia P.U.D. The original Olympia P.U.D. plat included four lots numbered 1 through 4 arrayed along Clarke Road south of Silver Star Road. Lots 1 and 2 each had approximately 260 feet of frontage along Clarke Road. This proposed replat splits the originally platted Lots 1 and 2 into three lots. The new proposed Lots 1 and 2 each have approximately 168 feet of frontage along Clarke Road, and the new proposed Lot 3 has approximately 182 feet of frontage on Clarke Road. Attached to this report is a copy of a portion of the original plat with the proposed replat lines overlaid to enable you to clearly see the changes that are being requested. There are no other changes to the original Olympia P.U.D. plat, and the three proposed lots meet all City standards. I recommend that the City Commission authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the proposed Olympia P.U.D. Replat.
