SUBJECT: Olympia PUD Replat v
Attache° for your review is a copy of the proposed replat of the Olympia P.U.D.
The original Olympia P.U.D. plat included four lots numbered 1 through 4 arrayed along
Clarke Road south of Silver Star Road. Lots 1 and 2 each had approximately 260 feet of
frontage along Clarke Road.
This proposed replat splits the originally platted Lots 1 and 2 into three lots. The new
proposed Lots 1 and 2 each have approximately 168 feet of frontage along Clarke Road,
and the new proposed Lot 3 has approximately 182 feet of frontage on Clarke Road.
Attached to this report is a copy of a portion of the original plat with the proposed replat
lines overlaid to enable you to clearly see the changes that are being requested.
There are no other changes to the original Olympia P.U.D. plat, and the three proposed
lots meet all City standards.
I recommend that the City Commission authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute
the proposed Olympia P.U.D. Replat. '

Orange County, Florida, and agrees that its mortgage, lien, or other encumbrances, which is
recorded in Official Records Book 5818, Page 2169 as modified by Modification of Mortgage
and Future Advance recorded in Official Records Book 5844, Page 3022, as modified by
Modification of Mortgage recorded in Official Records Book 6115, Page 709, as modified by
Modification of Mortgage recorded in Official Records Book 6362, Page 2720 all of the Public
Records of Orange County, Florida, and any collateral documents thereto, shall be subordinated
to the above dedication.
The undersigned has caused this Joinder and Consent to Dedication to be executed in its

Begin at the Northwest corner of said Lot 2; thence run N 89° 39' 07" E, along the North
line of said Lot 2, a distance of 315.92 feet to the Northeast comer of said Lot 2; thence S 00°
04' 18" W, along the East line of said Lot 2, a distance of 173.50 feet to the Southwest corner of
