Shira, P.E., City Engineer/Utilities Director SUBJECT: Plat for Brookestone Unit 3 !/ Brookestone Unit 3 is a 92 lot single-family subdivision located west of Maguire Road, south of the Florida Turnpike. All required documentation pertaining to the proposed plat has been reviewed and approved by City Staff. A performance bond is on file to cover the cost of site improvements uncompleted at the time of plat approval. At this point, there is a very limited punch list, and most of the improvements have been completed. A maintenance bond has been provided to guarantee the workmanship of the improvements that will be maintained by the City. I recommend that the City Commission authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the plat of Brookestone Unit.
