SUBJECT: Plats for Wentworth and Westchester(fka Prairie Lake Tract E)
The Iraq: hflam1 tom:oily known as Pratt*Take"fret.E vnt w being platted ' i•orth and
Westchester. Wentworth consists of 106 townhomes and Westchester is a 60 lot single-family
subdivision both located on the southeast corner of Clarke Road and Hackney-Prairie Road. All
required documentation pertaining to the platting of this tract has been reviewed and approved by
City Staff.
A Performance Bond has been issued in the amount of$1,452,125.18 for the remaining site
improvements. A Maintenance Bond will be issued at the time of Certificate of Completion.
I recommend the City Commission approve the final plats of Wentworth and Westchester as
submitted.
