Director of Public Works SUBJECT: Plat for Orchard Park—Phase III This plat consists of Phase III of the Orchard Park Subdivision. It consists of 76 single-family lots and is located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Clarke Road and Clarcona-Ocoee Road. All required documentation pertaining to the platting of this subdivision has been reviewed and approved by City Staff The Developer has posted a bond in the amount of $42,244.00 for the remaining improvements to be constructed. I recommend the City Commission approve the plat of Orchard Park Subdivision Phase III as submitted.
