The first reading is July 1, 2003 and the second reading and public hearing is scheduled for July 15, 2003. A full staff report will be included in the Agenda packet for the public hearing. A complete staff presentation will also be made at the public hearing. Notice of proposed revisions/increases to the water and sewer rates has been mailed to all utility customers per the requirements of Florida Statutes. Parker District•1 June 20, 2003 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS REGARDING WATER, SEWER AND REUSE RATES Dear City of Ocoee Utility Customer: Pursuant to Section 180.136, Florida Statutes, notice is hereby given that Public Hearings will he held by the Ocoee City Commission on July 15, 2003 at 7:15 pm or as soon thereafter as practical, as a part of the regularly scheduled City Commission meeting to consider increases to the water, sewer (wastewater) and reuse rates. The meeting will be held in the City Commission Chambers in City Hall at 150 N. Lakeshore Drive, Ocoee. The proposed water, sewer (wastewater), and reuse rates are on the back of this page. Changes to Chapters 173 — Water and Sewers and 174— Water, Reclaimed of the Ocoee City Code will also be discussed at the Public Hearings for adoption.
