5 Years Edward Loeffler
Ed began working for the City of Ocoee on July 20, 1998 for the Building
Department as Code Enforcement Officer. Ed's professionalism and
effective communication skills develops positive working relationships with
citizens as well as co-workers. In the year 2000, Ed created the Ambassador
Program which introduces new residents to the city and code enforcement.
Continuing Education enabled Ed to become F.A.C.E. Level 2 certified and
S.B.C.C.I. certified. If ever needing a helping hand, you can count on Ed to
jump in and assist. Ed enjoys collecting model airplanes and is a diehard
Ford Mustang enthusiast.
Along with his plaque, Ed will receive a City of Ocoee watch and $50.00
gift certificate to spend at the West Oaks Mall.

5 Years Robert Siegrist
On July 20, 1998, Bob was hired as Code Enforcement Officer for the City
of Ocoee Building Department. His knowledge and experience in code
enforcement, housing inspections and animal control has been an asset to his
department. Through hard work and dedication, Bob has obtained the
following certifications, F.A.C.E. Level 2 and S.B.C.C.I.(Southem Building
Code Congress Institute) rehabilitative housing certification. In addition to
these accomplishments he obtained certification as a Police Officer. During
Code Enforcement Board meetings, Bob presents precise case presentations
before the Board. Away from job responsibilities, Bob plays on the City of
Ocoee Softball team and enjoys spending quality time with his 4 children.
Along with his plaque, Bob will receive a City of Ocoee watch and S50.00
gift certificate to spend at the West Oaks Mall.

10 Years
Cathy started working for the City of Ocoee on June 10, 1993 as a Customer
Service Clerk I. In March 1996, Cathy was reclassified to Customer Service
Clerk II. As the City grew, so did City Hall demanding additional positions
which presented the opportunity for Cathy's promotion in May 1997, as
Customer Service Supervisor. During her progression with the City, Cathy
recalls working in the Old City Hall building to the modular trailer to the
new City Hall building which we're in today. If you ever need assistance,
have questions, or need a recipe as she is an excellent cook, Cathy is always
willing to lend a helping hand. Cathy is a member of the Ocoee Woman's
Club, President of Ocoee Lions Auxililary and Chair of the Annual Ocoee
Christmas Parade. Cathy loves NASCAR racing and loves to spend quality
time with her grandson Devon. Thank you for your service to the City and
the citizens of Ocoee.
With her plaque, Cathy will receive $100.00 to spend at the West Oaks Mall.

10 Years Joyce Staub
On July 3, 1993, Joyce began working for the City of Ocoee Police
Department as Communications Operator I. With her years of experience
and certifications, Joyce was promoted on October 1997 as Communications
Supervisor. Joyce has the task of training new hires regarding the
communications operations. When Joyce is away from the communications
center, she enjoys spending time with her 4 grandchildren, reading books,
listening to soft jazz, crocheting and watching sunsets. Thank you for your
years of service to the City of Ocoee.
Along with her plaque, Joyce will receive $100.00 gift certificate to spend at
Borders.

15 Years
Jeff's career as a Police Officer began on June 6, 1988 with the City of
Ocoee Police Department. In his early career as Road Patrol Officer, Jeff
also dedicated his time as Field Training Officer as well as Firearms
Instructor. In 1999, Jeff achieved and was recognized as "Officer of the
Year." Throughout his career Jeff has been assigned to Tactical Unit, Traffic
Unit and the Criminal Investigation Unit. As a Senior Officer, Jeff has been
sought out from other officers for his knowledge and experience. From June
1998 through November 2002 Jeff was assigned as School Resource Officer
at Ocoee Middle School. Presently he's assigned to Road Patrol. Jeff's
hobbies include Nascar and Antique Style Diecast cars. Thank you for your
years of service to the City and the citizens.
Along with his plaque, Officer Dyer will receive $150.00 to spend at the
West Oaks Mall.
