BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION: Due to excessive noise created by the existing tile flooring in the upstairs waiting area between the elevator and the City Manager's office, it is proposed that the area be carpeted as part of the current renovations. The cost to add 43 square yards of carpet is $537.07, and funds are available in account 317-519-00-6302. RECOMMENDATION: It is respectfully requested that the Honorable Mayor and Board of City Commissioners approve this change order.
