Re: Appointment to Police Officers'/Firefighters'
Retirement Trust Fund Board of Trustees
Pursuant to Section 1.7 of the City of Ocoee Police Officers'/Firefighters' Retirement Trust Fund
Operating Rules and Procedures, in a meeting held on November 11, 2003, the elected and
appointed members of the board chose Mr. James Coschignano to serve as the fifth member for a
two year term beginning October 1, 2003. Mr. Coschignano has served since October 1999. The
delay of the vote was due to the fact that Mr. Coschignano was out of state for several months,
including the August meeting, and we were unable to confirm his willingness to remain on the
board until he returned to town.
Action Requested
It is respectfully requested that The Honorable Mayor and Board of City Commissioners appoint
Mr. James Coschignano to serve a two year term as the fifth member of the Police
Officers'/Firefighters' Retirement Trust Fund Board of Trustees, said term to end September 30,
2005.
