ISSUE
Should the Honorable Mayor and City Commissioners appoint Dorcas Dillard, Phillip A. Lee
Fatt, and James Fleming Sr. to the Human Relations/Diversity Board (HRDB)?
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
On September 16, 2003, City Commission adopted Resolution No. 2003-21 establishing the
Human Relations/Diversity Board and adopting By-Laws for the board. The Resolution
provides that HRDB membership shall consist of no less than seven(7) members and no more
than fifteen(15)members.
Should the City Commission appoint Dorcas Dillard,Phillip A. Lee Fatt, and James Fleming
they would serve a two-year term ending July 1, 2006.
