They are Ryan Colbert(District 4), John Grogan(District 1), and Dr. Frann Kelley Rodriguez (District 4). Dr. Rodriguez was appointed to Human Relations/Diversity Board on June 1, 2004, but has asked to be appointed to this Commission as well. Currently the Education Commission has 8 members and its Resolution allows no less than 7 members but no more than 15 members. A list of the current membership is attached. Should the City Commission appoint Ryan Colbert, John Grogan, and Dr. Fran Kelly Rodriguez to the Education Commission,they would serve two-year terms ending June 2006. Commissioner Johnson has proposed the appointment of Frank Morris (District 2)to the Planning and Zoning Commission to replace Vince Sikora and to complete Mr. Sikora's term ending April 2006.
