NOTICE OF MEETING
The City of Ocoee General Employees' Pension Board will hold a meeting on Monday,
January 17, 1994 at 10:00 a.m. in the Community Center, 125 North Lakeshore Drive,
Ocoee. All interested parties are invited to attend.
AGENDA
1. Call to order.
2. Approval of minutes of November 12, 1993 meeting.
3. Questions/comments from audience.
4. Consideration/adoption of amendments to Operating Rules and Procedures and
Selected Provisions.
5. Discussion re: Proposed revision to permit employee transferring to Fire/Police Fund
from General Fund to retain vesting credits earned in General Fund. (Report from
Actuary Foster regarding those questions listed in November 12 minutes)
6. Reports
a. Attorney
b. Actuary: Review of Actuarial Evaluation Reports for Employees
c. Money Manager
7. Any other business to come before the Board.
8. Recess until 3:30 p.m. for Joint Board/General Employee Meeting to present
employee actuarial certificates and respond to questions.
9. Adjourn
Notice: If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any
matter considered at such meeting or hearing, that person will need a record of the
proceedings, at that person's expense, and for such purposes, may need to ensure that a
verbatim record of the proceedings is made. Persons with disabilities needing assistance to
participate in any of these proceedings should contact the City Clerk's office 24 hours in
advance of the meeting.
