The City of Ocoee General Employees' Pension Board will hold a meeting on Wednesday,
October 2, 1996 at 5:15 p.m. in the Commission Chambers Conference Room in City Hall, 150
North Lakeshore Drive, Ocoee for the purpose of counting the votes cast in the 1996 runoff
election for Trustee. All interested parties are invited to attend.

A. Roll Call and Determination of Quorum
II. RECEIVE THE BALLOT BOX FROM DIRECTOR OF PERSONNEL
III. REVIEW PROCEDURE TO BE FOLLOWED
IV. COUNT THE BALLOTS
V. CERTIFY THE ELECTION RESULTS
VI. ADJOURNMENT
PLEASE NOTE: IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTE 286.0105: ANY PERSON WHO DESIRES TO
APPEAL ANY DECISION AT THIS MEETING WILL NEED A RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS AND FOR
THIS PURPOSE MAY NEED TO ENSURE THAT A VERBATIM RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS IS MADE
WHICH INCLUDES THE TESTIMONY AND EVIDENCE UPON WHICH THE APPEAL IS BASED.
ALSO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTE 286.26: Persons with disabilities needing assistance to
participate in any of these proceedings should contact the Office of the City Clerk, 150 N. Lakeshore Drive, Ocoee,
