To whom it may concern,
I am responding to the PUD/Land use plan that borders the subdivision of Ocoee Landing. I am a resident in Ocoee
Landing & I opposed to the use of the property for a Auto repair shop &car wash. There is no light to enter or exit the
area. There is no U-turn at the light at Silver Star&Clark Rd. This wound only leave cars trying to get to the area making
a U-turn across from Ocoee Landing. Having a business that would bring a constant increase of automobiles would
create exiting or trying to get home to Ocoee landing a nightmare due to the increase number of cars making a u-turn
across from the subdivision. This would also create additional use of Walgreen parking lot to get back to Silver Star
headed east as is the only way to get back to silver star headed east due to no u-turn at the light. As a resident of Ocoee
Landing I was hoping that the property would be use for a strip mall like atmosphere such as the one at the
Corner of Hwy 50 & Maguire. Small business, Sandwich shop, Coffee Shop, etc. My question is; if were to get a petition
started to assist with blocking the use of a auto repair shop/car wash what is the deadline to have it into the planning &
