1. Approval of the Minutes for the Special Session Meeting held on October 20,2020,and
Regular City Commission Meeting held November 3, 2020. (City Clerk Sibbitt)
2. Approval of New Appointment to the Human Relations Diversity Board. (City Clerk
Sibbitt)
The Human Relations Diversity Board was created by Resolution in 2003. The purpose of this board is to
promote understanding,respect,goodwill,and equality among all citizens and businesses of the City of Ocoee.
Members of the Human Relations Diversity Board serve three-year terms. Currently the Human Relations
Diversity Board has twelve(12)members, and their resolution allows no less than seven(7)members and no
more than thirteen(13) members. One (1) application has been received by James Moyer who has shown an
interest in being appointed to the Human Relations Diversity Board for a term ending May 2023.

3. Approval to Utilize the Savings from the Purchase of a FY 20/21 Capital Item, a
Smithco Sand Rake for another FY 20/21 Capital Item, a Bobcat. (Parks and
Recreation Director Johnson)
The Parks and Recreation Department budgeted in the FY 20/21 Capital Budget$23,441 for a SmithCo Sand
Rake and$46,000 for a Bobcat. The actual cost for the SmithCo Sand Rake was less than budgeted,resulting
in a savings of$5,155.07. The quote for the Bobcat is$48,542.40.The Parks and Recreation Department would
like to utilize$2,542.40 of the$5,155.07 savings to cover the purchase of the Bobcat. A savings of$2,612.67
will remain after the purchase of these two pieces of equipment.
4. Approval to Enter into a 30-Day Trial Period with Software Company FususOne.

The City of Ocoee Police Department desires to enter into a 30-day trial period agreement with FususOne to
provide the Police Department with Real Time Crime video and a platform to expedite intelligence gathering
and efficiency of response to situations as they unfold throughout the community. This platform is tied to a
community-facing website portal for video camera registry allowing officers a tool for identifying the location
of cameras in proximity to incidents as well as a means for efficient outreach by officers to collect recorded
video and image files from camera owners both public and private. During this trial period FususOne will
provide and configure up to five(5)FususCore appliances to support up to thirty(30)cameras per core and the
necessary FususOPS app licenses,for a thirty(30)day trial.They will provide full project management,setup
and training for FususOne and FususOPS,provide necessary project management and implementation services
for video feeds to be configured for the FususOne application, and the integration of the City's Dispatch
software.
