ORDINANCE NO __ S'7D AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN PROPERTY INTO THE MUNICIPAL BOUNDARIES IF THE CITY OF OCOEE, FLORIDA, AND ESTABLISHING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF SUCH PROPERTY. Chi!r 1(' /-.+ ,,/ t.. r . .. ~/ WHEREAS, FLORIDA AIR CONDITIONER, INC. the owner of the following described parcel of real property have petitioned the City of Dcoee, Florida to annex the same in and to the municipal boundaries of said City, and, WHEREAS, said owner has requested that a portion pf the said property be zoned as an 1-1 district in conjuct- ion with its annexation into said City, and, WHEREAS, the owner of said property has filed with the said City a site plan as required by Chapter 5, Section 5.3 t1) of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Dcoee establishing the areas of proposed 1-1 zoning use, and, WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on the question of annexation of said parcel of real property after due public notice thereof published not less than ten (10) days and not more than t~irty ~30) days prior to said public hearing and, WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Ocoee, Florida, has made an independent examination of said ,property and determined, and does hereby find and determine, that the area involved qualified for municipal benefits and' that it is to the best interests of the City of Dcoee that such area should annexed to and be included in the municipal boundaries of the City of Dcoee, Florida, Now, Therefore, Be it enacted by the People of the City of Dcoee; Section One; That the following described parcel of real property situate in Orange County, Florid8' to-wit: From the SEcorner of the NEt of SEt of Section 19, Twp.22 South,Rge.28 East, run S89 ~egrees 23' 12"W along the South line thereof 183.20 feet to the Northerly Right of Way of Maguire Road, thence from a tangent bearing of N 51 degrees 06'41"W run Northwesterly along the arc of a curve concave to the Soo and having a radius of 468.73 feet, an arc distance of 131.30 feet to the P.T.,thence N67 degrees 09~41"W 666.55 feet for Point of Beginning, thence continue N67 deg. 9'41" W 52.52 feet to the P.C. of a curve concave to the NE having a radius of 490,87 feet, thence along the arc thereof 174.58 feet and through a central angle of 20 degrees 22'40", thence N 58 degrees 12'12" E766.37 feet to the Westerly Right of Way of S.C.L.
