Background Summary:
Members of the Citizen Advisory Council for Ocoee Fire Department serve three-year terms. The
Resolution creating the Board allows no more than fifteen (15) members. The Board currently has
eight (8) members. One application has been received to serve on the Board from Jim Moyer.
Issue:
Should the Honorable Mayor and City Commissioners appoint Jim Moyer to the Citizen Advisory
Council for Ocoee Fire Department (CACOFD)?
Recommendations:
Staff respectfully recommends the Honorable Mayor and City Commissioners consider appointing Jim.
Moyer to the Citizen Advisory Council for Ocoee Fire Department with a term ending November 2024.
