RE: Boundary survey of City of Ocoee Park Properties
Dear Mr. Wheeler:
MACTEC is pleased to submit this proposal to provide professional surveying and mapping services to
the City of Ocoee. The primary purpose is to provide a composite boundary survey on three parcels of
land and prepare a description of same for annexation purposes. Our proposed scope of services is as
follows:
1- Establish boundaries of tax parcels 17-22-28-6144-05-050, I 7-22-28-6 I 44-0S-Q60 and 20-22-28-
0000-00-035.
2- Locate all existing improvements lying within 5' of the property lines. Interior improvements will
not be located.
3- Prepare Boundary Survey of the site to include mapping of perimeter improvements. The
boundary monumented and portrayed on this drawing will be the overall composite boundary of
the three (3) parcels. Please note that we intend to open up the south boundary of the property,
which runs through a thickly wooded, potentially swampy area. If so desired we would be happy
to show city staff the location of this line for land management purposes.
4- Prepare legal description of overall composite boundary.
Deliverable products will be six (6) certified boundary surveys together with a CD contain CAD files of
drawing and MSWord files of legal description.
All work will be performed in conformance with applicable sections of Chapter 61017-6, Minimum
Technical Standards, Florida Administrative Code pursuant to Chapter 472, Florida statutes.
Our fee to provide these services is eight thousand nine hundred eighty dollars ($8,980.00).
Our current workload is such that we can commence work on this assignment immediately upon notice to
proceed nnd provide final deliverable products in 15 days thereafter.
We respectfully request your consideration in funding this work effort, all of which is necessary to
complete the project. Should you have any questions or require additional information, please contact me
at 407.253.5501 or at rmiones@mactec.com.
Sincerely,
MACTEC, 10/4 ~
