SAFETY PROGRAM
The safety and health of our employees is our first consideration in operating our business,
Without question, it is every employee's responsibility at all levels. It is the intent of
Advanced Demolition to comply with all governing laws, regulations, and rules according to
the State of Florida, Local County and OSHA. To do this, we must constantly be aware of
conditions in all work areas that can produce injuries. Prevention of occupationally induce4
injuries and illnesses is of such consequence that it will be given precedence over
operating productivity, whenever necessary. To the greatest degree possible,
management will provide all mechanical and physical activities required for personal safety
and health, in keeping with the highest standards. Our program embodies proper attitudes
towards injury and illness prevention the part of supervisors and employees. It also
requires cooperation in all safety and health matters, not only between supervisor and
employee but also between each employee and their coworkers, Our objective is a safety
and health program that will reduce the number of injuries and illnesses to an absolute
minimum, not merely in keeping with, but surpassing the best experience of operations like
ours. Our goal is zero accidents and injuries.
Our safety and health program include:
• Providing mechanical and physical safeguards to the maximum extent possible
• Conducting a program of safety and health inspection to find and eliminate unsafe
working conditions or practices, to control health hazards and to fully comply with
all OSHA safety and health standards for every project.
• Training all employees in good safety and health practices rigorously and regularly
• Providing necessary personal protective equipment and instructions for proper use
and care
• Developing and enforcing safety and health rules and requiring that employees
cooperate with these rules as a condition of employment
We recognize that the responsibilities for occupational safety and
health are shared:
Advanced Demolition accepts responsibility for leadership of the safety and health
program for its effectiveness and improvement and for providing the safeguards required
to ensure safe work conditions.
Supervisors are responsible for developing proper attitudes toward safety and health in
themselves and in those they supervise and for ensuring that all operations performed
with the utmost regard for the safety and health of all personnel involved, including
themselves.
Advanced Demolition will see that all employees are properly instructed and supervised in
the safe operation of any machinery, tools, equipment, process, or practice which they
are authorized to use or apply while at work. Production is never so urgent that we
cannot take time to do our work safely.

PROPOSAL SCOPE OF WORK:
Advanced Demolition will provide professional demolition services for the following scope of
work will be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications supplied.

1 . Remove existing 1 story CMU building, 2904 sf @ $1 .75 per foot.
2. Remove existing 1 story CMU building. 1,716 sf @ $1.75 per foot.
3. Remove existing 1 story Metal building. 2,600 sf @ $1.25 per foot
4. Pump & remove existing 2 septic tanks @ $950 per tank
5. Back fill site with clean fill material. 160 yards @ $12.00 per yard
6. Restore site with Bahia Sod. 8,550 sf @ $.34 per sf.
7. Tipping Fees: 14 loads @ $550.00 per load
8. Remove and dispose of all Freon, bulbs, and ballasts prior to building
demolition.
9. Manifest of all Freon, bulbs and ballasts removal will be available upon
completion.
10. Provide all trucking, dumpsters for hauling c&d to a DEP approved
landfill facility.
11. Alternate Pricing: Excavate and remove existing parking lots, curbing
car stops, concrete approaches, sidewalks, broken concrete slab and
all landscaping. $8,890.*11
