(Mayor Johnson) Presentation on the Audit Results for Fiscal Year Ending September 30, 2022, and the GFOA Excellence in Financial Reporting Award by Matt Ganoe with PurvisGray • STAFF REPORTS AND AGENDA REVIEW • PUBLIC COMMENTS The public is allowed to comment on any items that are on the Agenda but not part of a Public Hearing. Public Hearing comments are to be heard during that portion of the meeting. • CONSENT AGENDA Matters listed under the consent agenda are considered to be routine and will be acted upon by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless discussion is desired by a member of the commission, in which case the Mayor will instruct the City Clerk to remove that item from the Consent Agenda and such item will be considered separately. 1. Approval of a Two-Year Warranty Surety and Maintenance, Materials, and Workmanship Agreement for Wynwood Phase 1 and 2. (Development Engineer Keaton) • FIRST READING OF ORDINANCE 6. First Reading of Ordinance Ratifying Resolution 2023-06 to Rescind the City's Call for a Special Election for June 13, 2023, and Calling for the General City Election Date to Page 1 of 142 Regular City Commission May 16, 2023 Coincide with the Orange County Municipal Election Day and the Presidential Preference Primary Date of March 19, 2024.
