For fuel tanks over 550 Gallons, it is the Contractor or Owners responsibility to notify the appropriate State, and/or local regulatory agencies rior to delivery of the fuel storage tank so that it can be inspected prior to fueling. The FDEP Registration form will be provided in the Ring Power Submittal. Per FDEP Breach of Integrity Testing Guidance, tanks will ship from the factory with a vacuum/gauge installed. On -site testing is not included. 13. Ring Power will not release equipment for production until we have received the signed sales agreement and signed and approved submittal from our customer.
